Spring tool suite in engineering how to modify the pathname of webaccess problems

Here I Spring Tool suite created a web project , everything configured.
web project called : Test
WebRoot below creates a jsp file .
deployed after
But when I access the file, even error 404 ?
Why is this ?
web.xml is empty ! ~
no interceptors filter.
