weblogic error loading a project , find great God pointing, the tomcat is normal

war package was originally on the tomcat webapp directory under normal operation , and later on to be deployed in the weblogic , extract out the project , and then in the weblogic administration interface via Deployments to install, when it jumped as Activate Changes FIG errors. Published on the weblogic10.3.6 normal time , no errors.
I have no clue , intranet machine can only take pictures, trouble you .

tomcat on the original project is the war package on the tomcat webapp directory , and now want to publish to weblogic, put the war decompression , and then again in the weblogic to load , it emergence of this error.  
weblogic deployment project war package can , ah , there is a Web log on to the console, and then there will be deployed . Find a degree of your mother intensively weblogic it

issue is resolved, because tomcat and weblogic web.xml specification is not the same for some labels in a normal tomcat in weblogic Lane becomes ineffective.
There weblogic loaded projects generally have a weblogic.xml in the WEB-INF directory.
